04 - IntroBuilder Launched: Problems
at login:
Some users reported problem at the login
screen. It shows an "Incorrect Login,
please try again" message after filling
the username and password boxes correctly.
First, remember to place your username in
lowercase and your password as registered
(case sensitive) If you get this error
message after filling it correctly, please
try again with the same username and password,
as it looks like a problem with the database
connection, avoiding login in the first
attemp, but it will log you in the second
one. We are working on this to resolve it
asap. Thanks
